names with a silent letter?

Looking for girl names with silent letters. Why, you ask!? Our daughter is named [name]Soleil[/name] (so-lay) [name]Eve[/name] and we love the silent L on the end of [name]Soleil[/name]. Kid #2 is [name]Clancy[/name] [name]Ezra[/name]. (no silent letter). But if #3 is a girl (due in [name]August[/name]) we are thinking [name]Isla[/name] (eye-la). We love the sound and silent S. Hubs really loves it, but I’m a bit leery because of its extreme popularity in the UK and rising popularity in the US. Any ideas out there?

I like [name]Isla[/name], but if you’re looking for other ideas. Maybe:

[name]Phoebe[/name]
[name]Siobhan[/name]
[name]Neve[/name]
[name]Lauren[/name]
[name]Alice[/name]
[name]Faustine[/name]
[name]Fleur[/name]
[name]Ghislaine[/name]
[name]Victoire[/name]
[name]Mireille[/name]

A really wild one that I know of: Psamathe

[name]Beau[/name] (bow)
[name]Isla[/name] (eye-la)
[name]Roux[/name] (rue)
[name]Siobhan[/name] (sha-von)

Oh crap. I now have a crush on Psamathe.

It is a pretty one despite its quirkiness. Psamathe is goddess of sand beaches in Greek mythology. I think nicknames like [name]Sami[/name] / [name]Sammi[/name] or [name]Thea[/name] would help make it modern.

I like [name]Isla[/name] a lot but I understand you not wanting to use it because of it’s popularity.

My suggestion is [name]Seraphina[/name] & [name]Fleur[/name]
