I love names with “ae” in them, but I feel like my knowledge of them is pretty limited. I know and love [name]Graeme[/name], [name]Braeden[/name], [name]Mae[/name], and [name]Phaedre[/name]. I prefer names that are more common; I know that you can technically put “ae” anywhere that is “ay”, but I’m looking for the names that are more established with this spelling.
[name]Caecilia[/name] (roman root) I’m sure there are more of these
[name]Rachael[/name]
[name]Jael[/name]/[name]Yael[/name]
[name]Aerith[/name] (game geeks)
[name]Laelia[/name] (forget the root but I believe it’s “legit” i.e. old)
[name]Laetitia[/name] (“legit”, I think, variant of [name]Letitia[/name])
[name]Michaela[/name] (much more popular as [name]Makayla[/name] of course, but this spelling is so nice)
[name]Rafaela[/name]
[name]Maelle[/name] ([name]Breton[/name] name, not sure if the ae says ay or ah-eh)
Anael/[name]Anaelle[/name] (see above)
My name is [name]Maegan[/name]… I was named after someone named [name]Mae[/name] but I personally love it, I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it as well
