Names you like, but are sick of hearing

What are some names you really like, but are hearing EVERYWHERE you go? For me it’s [name_m]Jackson[/name_m], [name_m]Liam[/name_m], and [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]. 3 of my friends have daughters named [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], I have 2 friends with sons named [name_m]Jackson[/name_m] and 2 friends with sons named [name_m]Liam[/name_m]! I love all of these names, but I am so tired of hearing them.

Since we have people from all over the world on this forum, I am interested to find out what names are really popular in different parts of the world. If you want to mention where you are from, please do so. If not, that’s totally fine too.

I think every one of my neighbor’s friends is named [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]; there is no way to keep them straight. I used to be neutral on the name, but now I can’t stand it. There’s [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] A., [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] with a K, tall [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], etc. And I think every other girl in my neighborhood is named either [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] or [name_f]Emily[/name_f].

For me its [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Freya[/name_f] & [name_f]Matilda[/name_f]. They’re so popular where I live!

[name_u]Eden[/name_u], [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] (my own name), [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f], [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f].

While I do like quite a few of them, I hear these way too much:
[name_f]Lena[/name_f], [name_f]Lilly[/name_f], [name_f]Lara[/name_f], etc. - basically every short name staring with L
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] & [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] & [name_f]Emily[/name_f]
[name_f]Amelie[/name_f]
[name_m]Maximilian[/name_m]
[name_m]Carl[/name_m] / [name_m]Karl[/name_m]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Lea[/name_f]
[name_u]Luca[/name_u] / [name_m]Luka[/name_m]
[name_u]Finn[/name_u]
[name_m]Henry[/name_m]

[name_f]LILY[/name_f]. omg so many lilys

[name_m]Andrew[/name_m] and [name_u]Micah[/name_u], both of which I love for boys and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Ava[/name_f] for girls.

[name_f]Lily[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f]
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f]
[name_f]Isabel[/name_f] -I prefer this spelling, which is not as popular but still…same sound-
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f]
[name_f]Eva[/name_f]

[name_m]Liam[/name_m]
[name_m]Lucas[/name_m]
[name_u]James[/name_u]
[name_u]Noah[/name_u]
[name_m]Matthew[/name_m]
[name_m]David[/name_m]

[name_m]Jackson[/name_m] is the name I used to not mind until I heard it too much. I think it’s the new [name_m]Jason[/name_m] or [name_m]Jacob[/name_m].

Living in the UK all I hear is [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f]/a, [name_f]Lily[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], [name_u]Alfie[/name_u], [name_m]Tommy[/name_m], [name_m]Harry[/name_m], [name_m]Jack[/name_m] and lots of names ending in either [name_f]Mae[/name_f]/[name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_u]Jay[/name_u]/[name_u]James[/name_u] for a boy.

For boys, I feel like every one I meet is [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] or [name_u]James[/name_u], and for girls I’ve heard of or met a lot of girls called: [name_f]Ava[/name_f], [name_f]Eva[/name_f], [name_f]Ella[/name_f]-[name_f]Mae[/name_f] and [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]-[name_f]Mae[/name_f].

There are so many nicknames (for boys especially), that I’m sick of hearing, and wish I heard the full names more!
[name_f]Milly[/name_f] ([name_f]Amelia[/name_f])
[name_u]Izzy[/name_u] ([name_f]Isabelle[/name_f]/[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] etc.)
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f]/[name_f]Sophie[/name_f] etc.
[name_f]Lily[/name_f]
Simran (Okay, not really that popular, but there are so many in my school)
[name_f]Emily[/name_f]

[name_u]Alex[/name_u] ([name_m]Alexander[/name_m])
[name_u]Chris[/name_u] ([name_m]Christopher[/name_m])
[name_u]Sam[/name_u] ([name_m]Samuel[/name_m])
[name_m]Ben[/name_m] ([name_m]Benjamin[/name_m])
[name_m]Will[/name_m] ([name_m]William[/name_m])
[name_m]Ed[/name_m] ([name_m]Edward[/name_m])
[name_m]Matt[/name_m] ([name_m]Matthew[/name_m])

I think you get the picture.

Pretty much the top 10 for both genders in the US and UK.
I love [name_m]William[/name_m], though, I’d never get sick of it.

Although I have yet to hear it around me, [name_f]Mia[/name_f].

I love this short and sweet name and even though I haven’t heard it around me yet I’m sure it’s top 10 for a reason.

I had a ridiculous amount of [name_m]Caiden[/name_m]/[name_u]Kayden[/name_u]/[name_u]Aiden[/name_u]/[name_f]Aydenn[/name_f]/[name_u]Haydn[/name_u] in my learn to play hockey classes one year and also way too many Michaels and Tylers and [name_m]Daniels[/name_m] and [name_m]Jack[/name_m]/Jacksons

I like [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f], but I know probably four girls for each name. For boys, it’s [name_m]Jacob[/name_m]/[name_m]Jake[/name_m] and [name_m]Joshua[/name_m]. I think they’re all great names, but I see them EVERYWHERE I go.
