Hello! We are expecting two twin boys and have a son named [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] (family name).
My husband and I like the name [name_m]Felix[/name_m] for twin boy #1, but are having a hard time with twin boy #2. My husband is from [name_f]Scotland[/name_f] and likes strong names. I like historical names with one spelling, are easy to pronounce and below the top 200 or so.
Names we are considering: [name_m]Henry[/name_m] (family name, but worried it is too popular), [name_m]Harry[/name_m] (nn for [name_m]Henry[/name_m] or by itself), [name_m]Linus[/name_m] and [name_m]Charles[/name_m] (nn [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] or [name_m]Chas[/name_m], family name).
What name would you recommend to go with [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m], either from our list or something else? Thank you!
I think [name_m]Felix[/name_m] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] (with [name_m]Harry[/name_m] as a nickname, which for you would be a win-win) are perfect matches with brother [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]. They are all names that fit in yours and your husband’s criteria and are all very handsome and wonderful names.
[name_m]Arthur[/name_m] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m] are both gorgeous names, and I think [name_m]Henry[/name_m] or [name_m]Linus[/name_m] would both make for a perfect sibset. My preference would be for [name_m]Felix[/name_m] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m], but [name_m]Linus[/name_m] is strong, lovely and much quirkier than [name_m]Henry[/name_m], if you’d prefer to go with something a little less popular/expected.

My personal favourites are [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_m]Charles[/name_m], however, I think [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is a lot quirkier than [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], more fun (I do love both names, though), I think a third name should build a bit of a bridge and I think [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_m]Linus[/name_m] do that the best.
[name_m]Charles[/name_m] and [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] together just seem too formal next to [name_m]Felix[/name_m]; maybe just [name_u]Charlie[/name_u]?
