This is more out of curiosity than me looking for a name, but, which of these do you prefer? The original Naomi, or one of the many variations/similar names?
Bonus question: Which one would you pair with the first name Shiloh?
- Naomi
- Noami
- Noemi
- Noemia
- Nomi
- Nami
- Namine
For simplicity I would go with just [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] (which I think is very pretty!) I think [name_f]Noemi[/name_f] is just as pretty looking but I don’t I would do it because people would instinctively spell it [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] (where I’m from at least). They both look as pretty as one other so go with the simplest.

[name_f]Noemi[/name_f] is my favourite, but [name_u]Shiloh[/name_u] [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] sounds best!

You and I are exactly the same! [name_f]Noemi[/name_f] and [name_f]Noemia[/name_f] are both favorites of mine, but I also love the og [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] and the sound of [name_u]Shiloh[/name_u] [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] even more!

I love [name_f]Naomi[/name_f], [name_f]Noemi[/name_f], and [name_f]Nomi[/name_f], but paired with [name_u]Shiloh[/name_u] I prefer either of the first two!

This for me too. I really like the rhythm of Shiloh Naomi!
I prefer [name_f]Noemi[/name_f] in general. I also prefer [name_f]Noemi[/name_f] with [name_u]Shiloh[/name_u] to [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] with [name_u]Shiloh[/name_u], because then both stressed syllables are not “oh.” Sounds better in a flow to me.
Noémi is my fave—currently going for that if our current baby is a girl!
Incidentally we have a Shiloh too—but it’s a boy! Shiloh Moses.
I would say Noémie (no-ay-mee) Shiloh sounds lovely.
