Naya?

I’ve been really loving the name Naya (pronounced nye-uh), but I’m not sure if it sounds too boring or like a nickname. I love all of it’s meanings though, and I think it has a pretty sound. What are your opinions on Naya, and how would you spell it? Thank you!

Oh I love [name_f]Naya[/name_f]! The sound is so pretty. I personally prefer the [name_f]Naia[/name_f] spelling, but I like [name_f]Naya[/name_f] too. It’s a beautiful name.

It’s a pretty name! I don’t think it’s boring or too nickname-y. I like Maya more, but it’s certainly a lot more popular, if that bothers you. Kaia is another option. As for nye-uh, I’d spell it Naia but Naya is also nice!

It sounds like no or nada to me so I am not a fan.

I like it! I don’t think it’s boring. It seems spunky among the Maya/Mia/Kayas. I would spell it [name_f]Naya[/name_f].

I like it a lot, but it does make me think of the actress [name_f]Naya[/name_f] [name_u]Rivera[/name_u], who died in tragic circumstances a couple of years ago. The sound is very clear, lively and pretty.
