[name]Hi[/name]! I would love some suggestions in baby girl names that start with “E”. We have 2 girls and a boy and are expecting another girl due in [name]July[/name]. I am looking for an “E” name because we have [name]Averie[/name], [name]Ella[/name], and [name]Alexander[/name] and feel that we need an “E” to make balance. Some names that I am considering are: [name]Eden[/name] and [name]Emelia[/name] and possibly [name]Easton/name.
I am completely stumped and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Something “EV” would be cool, then you’d have an [name]Al[/name] & an [name]El[/name], and and Av & an Ev…
So far I’ve got…
Evantha “[name]Evie[/name]”
[name]Eve[/name]…
[name]Evelyn[/name]
[name]Everly[/name] (may be too close to [name]Averie[/name])
[name]Evangeline[/name]/a
[name]Eva[/name]
[name]Effie[/name]
[name]Eila[/name]
[name]Eleanor[/name]
[name]Eliana[/name]
[name]Ellery[/name]
[name]Elodie[/name]
([name]El[/name]- names may be too close to [name]Ella[/name])
[name]Emmeline[/name]
[name]Emma[/name]
I have a collection of (very) unusual E names, I’ll post that since I don’t have any immediate thoughts for this sibset.
Boys:
[name]Eamon[/name] - Like better than [name]Easton[/name]
[name]Earnest[/name]
[name]Eben[/name] - Similar to [name]Eden[/name], but a boys name
[name]Edison[/name] - Quite modern sounding yet unusual
[name]Edmund[/name]/[name]Edmond[/name]
[name]Elden[/name]
[name]Eleazar[/name]
[name]Elm[/name]
[name]Elmo[/name]
[name]Emil[/name]
[name]Emrys[/name]
Ender - would fit right in with todays trends
[name]Eno[/name]
[name]Eoghan[/name]
[name]Ephraim[/name]
[name]Errol[/name]
[name]Everard[/name]
[name]Ewan[/name]/[name]Euan[/name] - I love this!
Girls:
[name]Earnestine[/name]
[name]Echo[/name]
[name]Edana[/name] - I could see this with the names you already have
Edme
Eisa
[name]Elettra[/name]
[name]Eliza[/name] - Too popular for me, but I can’t bring myself to take it off the list…
Elowen
[name]Elspeth[/name]
[name]Eluned[/name]
[name]Elysia[/name] - Also quite modern sounding, which means it fits with the sibset
[name]Emiliana[/name]
Emuna
[name]Enid[/name]
Eos
[name]Eowyn[/name]
Eudoxia
Euodia
[name]Euphemia[/name]
[name]Eugenie[/name]
[name]Eulalie[/name]
Eumelia - [name]Amelia[/name] with a twist?
Euthalia
Euthymia
Evelein - or [name]Evelyn[/name]. [name]Evelyn[/name] would be awesome!
[name]Evening[/name]
[name]Ever[/name] (Everild) - [name]Ever[/name] is lovelier than [name]Eden[/name] [name]IMO[/name] and has many of the same qualities. ^^
[name]Elynor[/name] nn [name]Elyn[/name]
[name]Eryn[/name] or [name]Erin[/name] (I love my name)
[name]Emmalea[/name]
[name]Edith[/name]
[name]Elissa[/name]
I like [name]Eden[/name] and [name]Emilia[/name]. I like [name]Eva[/name] and [name]Erin[/name] with the siblings names too. I would avoid all the [name]El[/name] names since you already have an [name]Ella[/name].
I like [name]Emilia[/name] and [name]Eden[/name] as well. The only issue with [name]Emilia[/name] as it will get confused with its more common spelling, [name]Amelia[/name]. Here are some other suggestions, sorry for any repeats:
My favourite ‘E’ names are [name]Etta[/name] (probably a bit strange with [name]Ella[/name]) and [name]Esther[/name] (in my experience mums like [name]Esther[/name] and Dads don’t).
I like [name]Evadne[/name], [name]Evangeline[/name], [name]Eva[/name], [name]Eve[/name], [name]Eliza[/name] [name]Jane[/name], [name]Enid[/name], [name]Elizabeth[/name] (for the sheer volume of sweet nicknames), [name]Elsa[/name], [name]Eunice[/name], [name]Eloise[/name], and my handle [name]Eglantine[/name]! (which I pronounce Egg-lan-tine to rhyme with twine, but could also be egg-lan-teen).
Thanks to all who have offered suggestions. You have all given me some great ideas and I love getting your thoughts. I still have no idea what we will choose so I guess it is a good thing we still have a little time. Once again, I really do appreciate all your thoughts!
