need help for girls names

[name]Hi[/name] all! I’m due in [name]April[/name] so I have some time, but we’re stuck on girls names. We’re not finding out the gender so we need to be prepared with both! We have the names below on our list, but we kinda feel they’re too popular now. Based on these can anyone give any other suggestions?? Thanks!! Last name is [name]Boyer[/name]

[name]Hi[/name], I agree, I think all of these names are quite popular right now. What would you say your naming “style” was? I ask b/c these names strike me as being of quite different styles. [name]Isabella[/name] is a classic name with an elegant, vintage feel. [name]Sydney[/name], [name]Camryn[/name] and [name]Addison[/name] seem like more modern names, and are unisex. [name]Addison[/name] is a spin-off of the mega-popular [name]Madison[/name]. [name]Sydney[/name] fits in with the place name trend. I would suggest that you borrow a baby name book from your local library. Make a long list of names you like. Then, if you don’t want your name to be too popular, you can start cross-checking your list with the SSA website on popular baby names in the US. (That is assuming you live in the US.) Good luck.

Here are some suggestions based off of

[name]Annika[/name] ([name]Ah[/name]-ni-ka)
[name]Isla[/name] (eye-la)

[name]Addison[/name] - I agree, this one is too popular.
[name]Sydney[/name] - this isn’t my style.
[name]Camryn[/name] - I much prefer the [name]Cameron[/name] spelling, although I feel both are a little dated.
[name]Isabella[/name] - very popular, and it seems at odds with your other choices - it is much more feminine.

I love the suggesion of [name]Camden[/name] - it is a nice, quirky area of [name]London[/name] here in [name]England[/name].

Also, how about :
[name]Annabella[/name] (popular)
[name]Gabriella[/name] (popular)

Good luck!

[name]Addison[/name]: It’s not my style and sadly reminds me of [name]Addison[/name]'s Disease, an adrenal disease. With your last name [name]Boyer[/name], I can’t help but zero in on [name]Addison[/name]'s “son” ending and [name]Boyer[/name]'s “Boy” beginning, making it seem very masculine to me.
(It’s #12 in popularity.)

[name]Sydney[/name]: [name]Sydney[/name] is #49, and like [name]Addison[/name], feels pretty trendy to me.

[name]Camryn[/name]: I like the boy’s name, [name]Cameron[/name], but personally am not a fan of this spelling.

[name]Isabella[/name]: I think it’s beautiful, but the #2 name in the country.
