Need help naming a character (male)!

I’d like him to have a vaguely strange name, not so outlandish it’s obvious but also not so common everyone has it. He’s thirteen years old, lives in [name_f]England[/name_f] and has heterochromia (blue and green) as well as fairly long dark brown hair considering that he’s a boy.

As a person, he’s quick to adapt to new situations and eager to please, though since this observation is made by the main character after she accidentally screws a load of stuff up and destines him to become a member of the ‘Dream Guard’, this isn’t really a good thing. If he wasn’t pretty much entirely disillusioned with the Guard just minutes after learning it exists, it’d be the perfect way to get him killed doing something ‘noble’. Of course, this doesn’t happen, but it still doesn’t really get any better, so there’s that.

He’s extremely claustrophobic, which isn’t helped by his close proximity to the main character, [name_f]Liadain[/name_f], at all times, as she exacerbates nightmares and for people like him, their fears in general. It’s how they met and how she messed a lot of stuff up by mistake.

If you can, meanings for any suggestions would be wonderful! I know I could go through every name’s page on here or something like that, but honestly that might take me way too long to get round to, particularly as I have loads of other stuff that’s really way more important. You know, homework. And frankly, school stuff in general. Of course, if you don’t want to do that then I can definitely look through the pages, but please don’t suggest like a gazillion names at once.

[name_m]Bruno[/name_m] ‘brown’
[name_u]Oberon[/name_u] ‘noble’
[name_m]Wilbur[/name_m] ‘resolute’

[name_u]Ares[/name_u] or [name_u]Claude[/name_u] come to mind. [name_u]Or[/name_u] perhaps [name_m]Neville[/name_m] or [name_m]Eldridge[/name_m]?

[name_u]Ares[/name_u] - (unfortunately the name of the God of War, and it means ‘bane’, ‘ruin’, ‘curse’, and ‘imprecation’. I don’t think the name has any negative links anymore in these times, though, unless they are similar in character to what people believed the God [name_u]Ares[/name_u] to be, so I wouldn’t personally link the name to the God when it’s used on a different character.)
[name_u]Claude[/name_u] - (if [name_u]French[/name_u] [name_u]Claude[/name_u] means ‘limping’, and if Latin, it translates to ‘lame’ or ‘enclosure’. Has to do with the words it is derived from, rather than it being used for people with a disability. Has no negative connotation in today’s world)
[name_m]Neville[/name_m] - (‘New Town’. Was apparently used as a surname for people who were new in town, and later used as a first name.)
[name_m]Eldridge[/name_m] - (has different meanings, such as ‘wise ruler’ or ‘sage/old ruler’)
