Need Help with a Character Nickname (again, please)

So I’m trying to write a musical about a kingdom of art. In this universe everyone loves nicknames because they’re fun. One of my characters is [name_f]Caprise[/name_f] [name_m]Rosewood[/name_m], whose parents own a coffeehouse in the capital city where people forget about the usual art-classism that permeates the rest of the kingdom.

[name_f]Caprise[/name_f] and her father probably have one of the healthiest parent-child relationships in the show, so I’d like to find a nickname for him to use with her. The main one I’m thinking of right now is “gingersnap” because they share a love of baking and [name_f]Caprise[/name_f] is generally a very passionate person.

Some examples of nicknames in this universe include:
Nettles/Nettie (Ornette [name_f]Darling[/name_f], by her friend and parents respectively)

Dear [name_f]Heart[/name_f] (Orpheus [name_f]Nightingale[/name_f], by his brother)

Shortbread (Hyacinth [name_m]Malloy[/name_m], by [name_f]Caprise[/name_f] who is his best friend)

CeCe (Caprise, by Hyacinth)

[name_f]My[/name_f] Moonlit [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] (Aurelius [name_f]Bell[/name_f], by his lover [this is a nickname I’ve previously asked for help with ])

I think Gingersnap is a perfectly suitable nickname for Caprise; even if it’s not derived from her actual name, it’s tied to her personality/familial relationships. I think other potential nicknames for [name_f]Caprise[/name_f] include Cappy, Reese/Reece, and [name_f]Prissy[/name_f].
