[name_u]Baby[/name_u] boy will be here in just about a month and we’ve narrowed it down to three name possibilities. We have middle name ideas for two, but are stuck on a middle name for [name_m]Zachary[/name_m]. I’d really like the middle name to honor my father, [name_m]Roger[/name_m], in some way.
The other names we’re considering are:
[name_m]Garrett[/name_m] [name_u]Riley[/name_u] ([name_m]Garrett[/name_m] we just like; [name_u]Riley[/name_u] would honor my dad with the “R” and my FIL, [name_u]Lee[/name_u])
[name_m]Gregory[/name_m] [name_m]Cooper[/name_m] (the middle of [name_m]Gregory[/name_m] is [name_m]Roger[/name_m], backwards; [name_m]Cooper[/name_m] honors my DHs family)
[name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] was the first that popped into my mind, but that doesn’t incorporate [name_m]Roger[/name_m] at all. [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]Cooper[/name_m] could be another option. [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]Roger[/name_m] is of course always there, too!
But I’m a sucker for a middle name with some meaning… if you want to honor your father, why not just go with [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]Roger[/name_m]? It’s a classic name that you don’t hear very much anymore…
[name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_u]Riley[/name_u] and [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]Cooper[/name_m] also work!
