Okay, so I’m writing a novel set possibly 2-4 generations into the future. The plot line is that this 17 year-old girl has been able to see into the near future since she could remember. This isn’t exactly unheard of, but it’s extremely rare. And when found, these people are taken into prisons, where their to spend the rest of their lives in order to “protect the common people”. This is a fresh idea, so I’ll most likely add to it, but the girl keeps her powers hidden from the world, and also steers clear of people. But she attracts a friend, who ends up finding out because she stopped him from going on a class trip where every student was murdered. So far there is no plan for romance between the two. That’s the original idea anyhow.
The girl is very pale, very small, with short, straight, dyed-black hair and dark green eyes. She’s not classically beautiful and doesn’t wear much make-up except eyeliner and mascara. Her favorite color to wear is blue of really any shade.
I’m looking for futuristic, yet less extreme, names. If you have any suggestions for names, or even plot, please don’t hesitate to let me know!
