Many of the options I’ve come up with have already been listed, but the first full name I thought of was Nora Sage. Nora would fit the feel of Stella as a full name and the nicknamey feel of Lainey and Evie as it’s short for Eleanor. On the whole this name gives me the same type of feel as Nora Jane with the addition of a colorful middle name.
Just came up with another based on the name you commented on. If you prefer shorter names or nicknamey names, my family has a friend named Rena (Ree-na) which would fit in as a nn for or shorter version of Sabrina.

I love [name_f]Stella[/name_f], [name_f]Lainey[/name_f], and [name_f]Evie[/name_f]–such a great sibset! I like the idea of a name that shares [name_f]Stella[/name_f]’s “a” ending or introduces a new ending sound, rather than echoing [name_f]Lainey[/name_f] and [name_f]Evie[/name_f]’s “e” sound–although I do love lots of “e” ending names, so I don’t think it would necessarily be a dealbreaker for me. You’ve already gotten so many great suggestions–I’d say my favorites would have to be [name_u]Willow[/name_u], [name_u]Piper[/name_u], [name_f]Margot[/name_f], [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u], [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], [name_f]Hazel[/name_f], and [name_f]Nora[/name_f].
