[name]Aurora[/name] nn [name]Rorie[/name]
[name]Isabella[/name] nn [name]Bella[/name]
[name]Madeleine[/name] nn [name]Maddie[/name]
[name]Savannah[/name] nn Savvy (My personal [name]Favorite[/name])

[name]Evangeline[/name] nn [name]Eva[/name] or [name]Evie[/name] (Like the nn, but don’t care for [name]Evangeline[/name])
The rest of the names are not my style.

[name]Finley[/name] nn [name]Finn[/name] (My favorite)

[name]Montgomery[/name] (don’t love the nn [name]Monty[/name])

[name]Aurora[/name] nn [name]Rorie[/name]: I think [name]Aurora[/name] is really pretty…

[name]Evangeline[/name] nn [name]Eva[/name] or [name]Evie[/name]: I like [name]Evangeline[/name], too…

[name]Georgianna[/name] nn [name]Gia[/name]: I love [name]Georgiana[/name], but not the [name]Gia[/name] nickname. (That’s just me, though…)

[name]Isabella[/name] nn [name]Bella[/name]: [name]Isabella[/name] is too popular/trendy for me, but I do think it’s pretty…

Jospehine nn [name]Josie[/name]: I really love [name]Josephine[/name]…

[name]Madeleine[/name] nn [name]Maddie[/name]: [name]Madeleine[/name] is my favorite spelling, but the name feels really overused to me, especially with so many [name]Madison[/name]/Maddies running around.

[name]Savannah[/name] nn Savvy: [name]Savannah[/name] is really trendy, and doesn’t sound as classy as the other names on your list to me.

[name]Virginia[/name] nn [name]Ginny[/name]: This one is too close to the female anatomy to me, and I think of the skit from SNL.

[name]Oliver[/name] nn [name]Olly[/name]: I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Oliver[/name]…I wish it weren’t getting so popular.

[name]Emmett[/name] nn Emm: I do think [name]Emmett[/name] is cool, but it’s too close to the #1 [name]Emma[/name] for me.

[name]Montgomery[/name] nn [name]Monty[/name]: I like [name]Montgomery[/name] as a middle name, but am not a fan of [name]Monty[/name].

[name]Logan[/name]: Too trendy for me…

[name]Finley[/name] nn [name]Finn[/name]: Ditto, but I love [name]Finn[/name], [name]Finnegan[/name], and [name]Finnian[/name].

[name]Jasper[/name]: I think [name]Jasper[/name] is really cool.

I really like a lot of your names. [name]Georgiana[/name] and [name]Josephine[/name] are my favorites from your girls’ list, and [name]Oliver[/name] and [name]Jasper[/name] are my favorites from the boys’.

Good luck (and welcome!)

I will put a star by each name I would use for my own baby in a perfect world where my husband liked all the names that I like:

[name]Aurora[/name] nn [name]Rorie[/name] - [name]Love[/name] it! I spell the nn [name]Rory[/name]
[name]Evangeline[/name] nn [name]Eva[/name] or [name]Evie[/name] - love!*
[name]Georgianna[/name] nn [name]Gia[/name] - I love [name]Georgia[/name]* and even [name]Georgette[/name]. Lately I’m starting to like the “ette” names.
[name]Isabella[/name] nn [name]Bella[/name] - so popular
Jospehine nn [name]Josie[/name] - love!*
[name]Madeleine[/name] nn [name]Maddie[/name] - too popular
[name]Savannah[/name] nn Savvy
[name]Virginia[/name] nn [name]Ginny[/name] - I love [name]Ginger[/name]*

[name]Oliver[/name] nn [name]Olly[/name] - love*
[name]Emmett[/name] nn Emm
[name]Montgomery[/name] nn [name]Monty[/name] - I think of “The Full [name]Monty[/name]” and then I don’t like it. Sorry!
[name]Logan[/name] - I like this name, but it is trendy.
[name]Finley[/name] nn [name]Finn[/name] - I prefer [name]Finnian[/name] and [name]Phineas[/name].
- love

[name]Welcome[/name], jenevieve
You have some lovely names here…

[name]Aurora[/name] nn [name]Rorie[/name]: as a child I always wondered why nobody named their daughters this beautiful, evocative nature and mythology name. I’m happy to promote this one.
[name]Evangeline[/name] nn [name]Eva[/name] or [name]Evie[/name]: This one seems to be making a big comeback, or maybe it’s just its soaring popularity on this site. I think it’s lovely.
[name]Georgianna[/name] nn [name]Gia[/name]: This one is growing on me, not a favorite but would be fun to see around, a pleasant name. I think [name]Gia[/name] is the cutest nickname but prefer it for [name]Giana[/name]…
[name]Isabella[/name] nn [name]Bella[/name]: Adorable name but it’s quickly saturating our population of baby girls. I’m sad to surrender it to popularity and would continue to fight for it if it were at least less common than the top ten.
Jospehine nn [name]Josie[/name]: I’m glad to see this one make a comeback–a lovely, sweet name
[name]Madeleine[/name] nn [name]Maddie[/name]: My opinion on this one is much the same as for [name]Isabella[/name]–a pretty name I hate to give up for now
[name]Savannah[/name] nn Savvy: I’m torn on this one. I love the sound of it but fear it could become this generation’s [name]Tiffany[/name]
[name]Virginia[/name] nn [name]Ginny[/name]: It would be fun to see this one being used again, pretty but with the potential complication of the virgin thing

[name]Oliver[/name] nn [name]Olly[/name]: I love the full name, [name]Olly[/name] not so much
[name]Emmett[/name] nn Emm: familiar but not overused, pleasant, I approve
[name]Montgomery[/name] nn [name]Monty[/name]: I like it better than I would have expected for the first name of The [name]Simpson[/name]'s Mr. [name]Burns[/name] and, er, The Full [name]Monty[/name]. I loved that movie, so immediately I start humming “You Sexy Thing” when I hear [name]Monty[/name]…
[name]Logan[/name]: Not quite my style but cute
[name]Finley[/name] nn [name]Finn[/name]: This one and all its variations seems to be exploding in popularity, and I’ll admit it’s cute but I’m wary because [name]Finley[/name] is already being used so much on girls
[name]Jasper[/name]: Not my thing for some reason but it’s growing on me after hearing it around more

i know a girl whose name is logan
