Imagine an individual name reflects their three heritages. Each name is derived from a single heritage. Imagine a girl who’s of Italian, Greek, & Welsh descent. Assuming we’re using the standard forename-middle name-surname commonplace in North America, each of this girl’s names would reflect her heritage. There’s a total of six possible combinations we can choose from here:
Italian forename; Greek middle name; Welsh surname.
Italian forename; Welsh middle name; Greek surname.
Welsh forename; Italian middle name; Greek surname,
Welsh forename; Greek middle name; Italian surname.
Greek forename; Welsh middle name; Italian surname.
Greek forename; Italian middle name; Welsh surname.
For the sake of simplicity, I’ll choose the very first option.
End result: Serenella Penelope Pritchard.
Now I’ll ask for a possible combination for an individual of German, Portuguese, and Cornish descent. Once someone answers that, they’ll ask for a name for another three-way combination, and so on and so forth. I look forward to seeing what y’all come up with!
