Obviously you can call anyone with any fn [name]Bunny[/name]…or name someone [name]Bunny[/name]…
But are any names obvious ways to get there?
[name]Harriet[/name]
[name]Bonita[/name]
[name]Barbara[/name]?
[name]Just[/name] for fun

I usually hear it for names that start with B-- I knew two [name]Barbara[/name]'s who went by [name]Bunny[/name]. Although I also knew a woman whose real name was [name]Elizabeth[/name], but she was always [name]Bunny[/name]. I can’t think of any others off the top of my head, but as you said, you can really use it for anything.
My great-grandma went by [name]Bunny[/name]. Her real name was [name]Bernice[/name], pronounced “bur-niss” not the usual “bur-nees”.
