family one //

olivia gretel mckay ‘liv’ is a pleasant yet serious twelve-year-old. taller than most of her peers with wavy blonde hair, she tries not to stand out too much and is happiest when hidden in a book.

robert markus mckay ‘bert’ is eleven and liv’s best friend. still level-headed, but more extroverted than she, he creates plans and acts on them.

charlotte isabel mckay ‘lottie’, the second sister is more carefree than either of her older siblings. the current shortest of her family, at seven, she bounces from activity to activity each day.

theodore graham mckay ‘theo’, lottie’s twin, is almost as energetic as she - but is also content to follow bert into whatever less-active adventures he may have planned. fair haired like liv, he’s a contrast to his twin and bert’s brunette features.

joseph rowen o’malley ‘joe’ is eight and the first of the o’malley siblings. upon meeting him, people often wonder if he ever comes indoors. between hiking in the woods, building forts, and constructing elaborate schemes of survival in the great outdoors, joe escapes homework as often as possible to get outside.

rosalind siobhan o’malley ‘sal’ is the eldest daughter, and she embodies her role, even though she’s only six. out of all the siblings, she’s most likely to smother the young ones with ‘motherly’ care. however, she is still a child and certainly acts like one when romping through a creek with joe.

tallulah brittney o’malley ‘tally’ is four. stubborn as they come, she is one of the more adventurous o’malley siblings - always climbing something or attempting to ‘rescue’ a baby animal from the woods behind their home.

michael xander o’malley ‘mick’ is the two-year-old twin to frederick graham o’malley ‘ricky’, and they both share the supposed middle name of ‘trouble’. if one isn’t tracking mud into the house, the other is certainly exasperating talley or drawing on the walls. despite their flaws, they’re both kind at heart and enjoy making their siblings smile at their antics.

daniella naomi o’malley, affectionately dubbed ‘dan’, is the literal baby of the family. not always good tempered, she nonetheless has won the love of all her older siblings.
