I have a 10 month old named [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Grace[/name]. I love the name [name]Abigail[/name], but saying a 3 syllable name seems a bit much sometimes. Most of our family calls her [name]Abby[/name], but it doesn’t feel right to me. Are there any other nicknames that would work on occasion? Would [name]Belle[/name] or [name]Libby[/name] work? Or should I just get used to [name]Abby[/name]?

[name]Belle[/name] and [name]Libby[/name] feel a little to out there fore me - mostly because with more out there nn’s I like being able to find the letters in the correct order in the actual name. But then again I did suggest [name]Lacey[/name]…
[name]Abby[/name] and [name]Gail[/name] are the most obvious, but I think [name]Billie[/name] or [name]Ally[/name] could work if you’re okay with a little bit of a stretch!
I think [name]Belle[/name] or [name]Libby[/name] are a bit of a stretch, but [name]Libby[/name] is more usable. I actually think [name]Abigail[/name] nn [name]Libby[/name] is cute. 
There’s [name]Gail[/name], but it’s pretty dated. Most Abigails I know are either [name]Abby[/name], Abbs, or [name]Abigail[/name]. I think [name]Abigail[/name] nn [name]Libby[/name] (or maybe even [name]Bea[/name]/[name]Bee[/name] or [name]Gigi[/name]?) is cute, though. I actually really like the idea of [name]Gigi[/name]–for the “G” in [name]Abigail[/name], and the “G” in [name]Grace[/name].
lexium has some great ideas. [name]Belle[/name] seems out of nowhere to me; [name]Libby[/name] is a stretch but I think it could work.
Also a bit of a stretch, but another idea is to call her “B”/"[name]Bea[/name]", which I suppose is kind of like a nickname for [name]Abby[/name], even! 
[name]Gail[/name] and [name]Aggy[/name] are good alternatives without being much of a stretch.
I’m not keen on [name]Libby[/name] or [name]Belle[/name] as nicknames for [name]Abigail[/name]. I do like the suggestion of B/[name]Bea[/name], that was the first thing to spring to mind. I also like the suggestion above of [name]Gaia[/name].
[name]Belle[/name] and [name]Libby[/name] seem fine to me, but then my family all have nicknames that barely come from their actual names. [name]Ibby[/name] is a nickname I rediscovered recently - I think it could work for an [name]Abigail[/name]. Also Bibby, [name]Bee[/name], [name]Bibi[/name] (prn. like [name]Beebee[/name]), [name]Iggy[/name], Ailie/Ailey, [name]Bailey[/name] and Racey could be possible, I think. By the way, I love the name [name]Abigail[/name] [name]Grace[/name].

Find a cute name for her and let that be her nn. I think [name]Gigi[/name] is a good idea. otherwise [name]Belle[/name].
