[name_m]Hi[/name_m] what do you think people would shorten [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] too?
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Atticus[/name_m]. It’s still on my short list for Feb. I like ‘[name_f]Atty[/name_f]’. The kid I know called [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] is always known by his full name. It’s a bit like [name_u]August[/name_u]. It just sounds so good as a full name so why shorten it really!
I definitely agree with @kalajade, however you could also always go with [name_m]Ace[/name_m] or (my favourite) [name_u]Gus[/name_u] - but of course that might lead to a bit of confusion, since [name_u]Gus[/name_u] is a more obvious choice for [name_u]August[/name_u].
I’m not sure what most people would nickname [name_m]Atticus[/name_m]. I would’ve thought evryone would just use the full name, which is awesome! But if I had to use a nickname, I’d definitely go for Cit/[name_u]Kit[/name_u].

I would probably use [name_f]Atty[/name_f], but I really like @myosotis suggestion of [name_u]Kit[/name_u].
I’ve always thought it would cute to use ‘[name_u]Scout[/name_u]’ as a nickname

I have always loved [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] and would use [name_m]Ace[/name_m] as a nickname.

[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Atticus[/name_m]! I’ve heard [name_u]Kit[/name_u] and [name_m]Ace[/name_m] the most for [name_m]Atticus[/name_m], but [name_m]Ace[/name_m] doesn’t make a ton of sense to me. My favorites are [name_f]Atti[/name_f] and [name_u]Gus[/name_u]. I’m not sure there’s one or two obvious nns for [name_m]Atticus[/name_m], like [name_u]Izzy[/name_u] and [name_f]Bella[/name_f] for [name_f]Isabella[/name_f], or [name_u]Nico[/name_u] or [name_u]Nick[/name_u] for [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m].

I’m personally a huge fan of [name_u]Kit[/name_u]. [name_f]Atty[/name_f] is cute, but it sounds too much like the feminine [name_f]Addie[/name_f] when I say it out loud.
I think [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] is one of those names you can’t really nickname, it sounds so nice as a full name. If I were to use a nickname probably [name_f]Atty[/name_f] or [name_f]Attie[/name_f], more so pet names.
If you were in Australia, it would definitely get shortened to [name_f]Atti[/name_f]. They love shortening names here and its why I couldn’t go with [name_m]Angus[/name_m] as I hate [name_u]Gus[/name_u] by itself lol!
