I don’t think it’s long enough that you necessarily need a nickname. However, I think the suggestions given so far are good. It’s hard to think of any other options, but what about [name_u]Cal[/name_u], [name_f]Cici[/name_f], or even just C?

I could imagine my toddler calling a [name_f]Claudia[/name_f] “Loda”, which could be kind of random and cute.
Oh, I adore [name_f]Didi[/name_f]! That’s a good call on the toddler nickname. I will be in that boat too so it could be fun to see what she comes up with!

I had to come back and find this comment because you were right, my toddler came up with something on her own! [name_f]Roxy[/name_f] calls [name_f]Claudia[/name_f] “Lo” haha it doesn’t really make sense but then she calls herself Yaya so it looks like I didn’t need to spend so much time naming them!
Clau came intuitive first to me. also [name_f]Dia[/name_f] (My friend [name_f]Diana[/name_f] went by [name_f]Dia[/name_f] only, it was natural enough though).
Also [name_f]Kiki[/name_f] and [name_f]Didi[/name_f] / Dee-Dee. and Lau / [name_f]Lalla[/name_f]
[name_f]Cloudy[/name_f], Clau, [name_f]Dia[/name_f] would be my first thought 
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] or [name_f]Liddie[/name_f] came to mind.
