Rory could work but it seems like a stretch to me. Maybe [name_u]Murray[/name_u] or [name_m]Morry[/name_m] (more-ey). [name_f]Em[/name_f] is also actually growing on me for a boy! It feels very fresh compared to [name_f]Em[/name_f]/Emmy on a girl and could work as a sweet family nickname.

If you don’t love it maybe consider it as a middle name. I like [name_m]Morrie[/name_m] as a nickname though.

Maybe [name_u]Ori[/name_u] (O-ree)? I think it’s simple and sweet. [name_u]Love[/name_u] the full name too.
As others have suggested, [name_m]Morrie[/name_m] would be so sweet. Maybe even [name_u]Mo[/name_u]?
I mean, to annoy my friend sometimes, I call him Ems. I like all the mentioned above, as well.
