Hello Berries,
We really like [name_u]Finn[/name_u]. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think we can use it as a nickname for [name_m]Felix[/name_m]?
I thought about [name_m]Fox[/name_m] or Lix otherwise.
What do you think?
Hello Berries,

[name_m]Felix[/name_m] is short enough that it doesn’t need a nickname. If I wanted to call him, [name_u]Finn[/name_u] or [name_m]Fox[/name_m], I would name him [name_u]Finley[/name_u] or [name_m]Fox[/name_m] otherwise it is just confusing.
I think [name_m]Fox[/name_m] could work because of the ‘f’ and ‘x’. Maybe Flix, Feli, [name_u]Fee[/name_u] or [name_u]Lex[/name_u]?
I don’t think [name_u]Finn[/name_u] works. I would stay away from Lix because it sounds like Licks.
[name_m]Fox[/name_m] works best as a nickname for [name_m]Felix[/name_m], but [name_u]Finn[/name_u] could definitely work [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. I really like non-obvious nicknames, and unrelated nicknames. No nickname is too much of a stretch in my eyes really, but I’m weird.
[name_m]Fox[/name_m] is best in my opinion. [name_u]Finn[/name_u] doesn’t seem like a nn for [name_m]Felix[/name_m].
We don’t like [name_u]Finley[/name_u], sorry. We really like [name_u]Finn[/name_u] but I don’t think it would work as a first name in our case. That’s why we wanted to use it as a nickname.
Same for [name_m]Fox[/name_m]!
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you like any other [name_u]Finn[/name_u] names, like [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] or [name_m]Phineas[/name_m]? Or (if you want to make it make more sense) maybe something like [name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_m]Inigo[/name_m] so that [name_m]Felix[/name_m] plus [name_m]Inigo[/name_m] equals [name_m]Fin[/name_m]?
I like [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] but once again it would not work. [name_m]Phineas[/name_m] is okay, we also like Phileas. But I don’t know if I like it enough!
Thanks
