Nickname for Julian

I’m planning on using [name_m]Julian[/name_m] for my bub due soon. It’s a honor name after my mum [name_f]Julia[/name_f].
But I’m a little stuck on a nickname. My mum already uses [name_u]Jules[/name_u] so would like to use something different.

Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

[name_u]Jude[/name_u] is my favorite after [name_u]Jules[/name_u] – there’s also [name_m]Giulio[/name_m], and maybe [name_m]Geo[/name_m] or [name_m]Lio[/name_m]/[name_m]Leo[/name_m] with a stretch.

[name_m]Julian[/name_m] is so handsome! I think [name_u]Jules[/name_u] is a cute nn. The only other ones I can think of are [name_u]Jay[/name_u] and [name_m]Ian[/name_m].

Initial based depending on his middle name(s), like JJ, and [name_u]Jem[/name_u].

With [name_u]Jules[/name_u] off the table, I’d probably go with [name_u]Jay[/name_u], as in the first initial of his name.

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you need a nickname? I think [name_m]Julian[/name_m] sounds great on it’s own…

[name_u]Jan[/name_u], [name_u]Jay[/name_u], or just [name_m]Julian[/name_m]. I totally agree with flamingo!

Really like [name_m]Julian[/name_m] and Ju or [name_u]Jude[/name_u] are my favourite nns.

My dad is [name_m]Julian[/name_m] and is called Doo by his family, for some reason.

Thinking we will use [name_u]Jay[/name_u]. It’s a perfect fit for us. :smiley:
