I would say the same as [name_u]Jojo[/name_u],[name_f]Marjorie[/name_f] doesn’t really need a nn, but [name_f]Rorie[/name_f] and [name_f]Midge[/name_f] are great options nonetheless.

I know some adult [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f]'s and they all go by [name_f]Marge[/name_f] which seems to be the default that it gets shortened to. For this reason, I would definitely use a nn of your choice. I think [name_f]Rorie[/name_f] is nice.

I hadn’t thought of that! That’s a very good reason to choose a nickname, because [name_f]Marge[/name_f] isn’t really what I’m envisioning for my daughter. Thanks!

I would use the full [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f]. If I chose a nn, I would use [name_u]Jorie[/name_u] or [name_u]Jo[/name_u] [name_u]Jo[/name_u].

I’m aware, thanks; we are tall, lean people, so I think the comparison won’t really come up like it might for a petite girl.

I’ve tried [name_u]Jo[/name_u] or [name_u]Jojo[/name_u] or [name_u]Joey[/name_u], but DH is anti. [name_f]Elsie[/name_f] and [name_u]Jorie[/name_u] do kind of go together, I’d never thought of it! I’ll run it past DH.
