Hello! [name_m]Just[/name_m] wanted your opinion on the nickname [name_f]Edie[/name_f] for [name_u]Meredith[/name_u]. Both names are on our list, so it would be great to be able to use both. I have seen [name_f]Edie[/name_f] suggested on a few boards, but is it too much of a stretch?

I think it could work! I also know a [name_u]Meredith[/name_u] who goes by Mez, and I think [name_f]Merry[/name_f] or [name_f]Mim[/name_f] could work too
[name_f]Edie[/name_f] would be a really sweet and interesting nickname for [name_u]Meredith[/name_u]! It’s a creative nickname but still intuitive, as well as being a rather unusual name in general (in [name_u]North[/name_u] [name_u]America[/name_u] anyways).
