I think we’ve finally settled on [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] for boy #4 (due tomorrow!). We don’t usually use nicknames heavily but I can see us wanting to call him something cutesy, mostly just at home, when he’s a baby and toddler. Any cute nicknames for [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u]? I’m drawing a blank. Example…#3 is [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] and we sometimes call him Hudsy, kind of just a term of endearment really

I would not use a nickname. A pet name will develop on its own once he is born.
For a cutesy, at-home name I’d probably call him Sawsy ‘saucey’ (I pronounce [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] ‘saw-yer’).
If it’s ‘soy-er’, I’d call him [name_m]Bean[/name_m] (as in soybean)

[name_f]My[/name_f] 7 month olds name is [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u]. We call him Soso a lot:)
