[name_m]Hi[/name_m]!
So, I know the most obvious/natural nickname for the name [name_u]Skyler[/name_u] (girls name in this situation) is [name_u]Sky[/name_u], but I was wondering if [name_f]Cece[/name_f] might work? Going off of the “s” sound at the beginning of [name_u]Skyler[/name_u]. I know it’s a bit of a stretch, but I just want to use the nickname [name_f]Cece[/name_f] for it so much. And I know if I want to use it so much I should just use it and not care what people think, I just wanted to get some others thoughts! Thanks!
I haven’t heard [name_f]Cece[/name_f] for [name_u]Skyler[/name_u] before but I don’t think it’s a problem- there’s a lot of leeway for nicknames! I like it
I don’t think it makes a ton of sense but I don’t think nicknames need to be related to the name all the time. Some other ideas…

I think [name_f]Cece[/name_f] would work as a nn for [name_u]Skyler[/name_u], it may not stick throughout school unless she introduces herself as [name_f]Cece[/name_f], however. But if you always call her that, it probably will stick and it could just be like the family nn.
I guess it could work if you wanted it to
