I go back and forth on Beatrice. I love the meaning, love the way it sounds with our surname, but sometimes I don’t love the full name itself? I do like a lot of the nickname potentials, though: Bea, Beat, Beaty, Beats, Betty, Betsy, Bette.

If a little Beatrice was primarily called by a nickname, which would be your pick- Betty, Betsy, or Bette (Bet)?

If you’re planning to call her by a nickname pretty much exclusively, I’d just go with the ‘nickname’ as a fullname. [name_f]Betsy[/name_f] would be my pick either way [name_f][/name_f]- I like how it feels connected to [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] if you use it, but also substantial as a full name
