Last time I posted on here we narrowed our top 3 names down to 2 and now I would like your help again. My baby girl will be arriving in 8 days and I’m not completely decided on her name. We have [name]Celeste[/name] (my fav) and [name]Isla[/name] (husbands fav). I love [name]Celeste[/name] but I do struggle to think of what her name will be shortened to as there are no obvious nicknames that I like (cece!) If we go with [name]Celeste[/name] her middle name will be [name]Annora[/name]. If we choose [name]Isla[/name] then I dont really have a favourite middle name, some ideas we have are:

[name]Isla[/name] [name]Quinn[/name]
[name]Isla[/name] [name]Rosalie[/name]
[name]Isla[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Isla[/name] [name]Mae[/name] ( is this weird when she will be born in [name]May[/name]?)
I’d like to hear what you all think sounds the best or if you have some suggestions for us, our surname starts with L
[name]Celeste[/name] could be Celly, or Leste. I think Celly is really cute, personally, and I adore [name]Celeste[/name].
I think [name]Isla[/name] [name]Ruby[/name] sounds very nice, [name]Isla[/name] [name]Quinn[/name], and [name]Isla[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]. They just flow. But I don’t really like [name]Charlotte[/name] all that much, and [name]Quinn[/name] is decent, so I’m voting [name]Isla[/name] [name]Ruby[/name]. My personal preference is for [name]Celeste[/name], though, but I really like [name]Isla[/name] as well.
I really like [name]Isla[/name] [name]Celeste[/name] as far as the combos you already have my favorits are [name]Isla[/name] [name]Ruby[/name] asnd [name]Isla[/name] [name]Rosalie[/name]. I’m not so sure about [name]Rosalie[/name] ending with -lie asnd your last name begining with L. I’m afraid they might run togeather.

[name]Isla[/name] [name]Celeste[/name] is lovely but I’d prefer [name]Celeste[/name] as the fn also. My fave nn for [name]Celeste[/name] is Este/[name]Estee[/name]. There’s also [name]Tinka[/name]; it’s an established variant of [name]Celeste[/name]

Wow I love that tinka is a variant of celeste! My baby is being brought on early because shes very small and the midwives have nicknamed her tinker as in tinkerbell because shes like a little fairy so that has just made me love celeste even more.
