I love [name]Esme[/name] but I don’t like Es, [name]Essie[/name], or Meme as nicknames.
[name]Do[/name] you have suggestions? I really hope I could get to use [name]Esme[/name] because I could never find a girl name I love, or so it seems.

I really can’t think of any nicknames for [name]Esme[/name] besides the ones you listed. It’s a very short name, so there are limited nicknames. My first thought was Meme or [name]Mimi[/name], but you said that you didn’t like it. Does [name]Esme[/name] have to have a nickname? I think it’s fine on it’s own.
[name]Esme[/name] seems like a NN to me already so I don’t think it needs one. Maybe [name]Em[/name], or [name]Emmi[/name] would work?
I agree that [name]Emmy[/name] could work as a nn for [name]Esme[/name], but since [name]Esme[/name] is still relatively unused and [name]Emily[/name]/[name]Emma[/name]/[name]Emerson[/name]/[name]Emilia[/name]/etc. (many of which get the nn [name]Emmy[/name]) are fairly popular, it seems like you’d be hiding away the gem of a name. :*(
Have you considered [name]Mae[/name]? That’s the only other thing I could think of.

My daughter’s name is Esmé and we call her Ezzie. I wasn’t crazy about it before she was born, but it just fits her! I don’t think you can really plan nicknames before you meet them. Good luck! -and don’t use my name!- just kidding 
I think Ezzie is adorable, but if you’re not down with that the only other I can think of is [name]Emme[/name]/[name]Emmy[/name] or possibly [name]Maisie[/name].
