I’m absolutely in love with the name [name_f]Ferdinanda[/name_f] but I wouldn’t want to use it unless I can figure out some nice potential nicknames she can use since it’s so long. I couldn’t really find any lists, I found some nicknames for [name_m]Ferdinand[/name_m] but they didn’t have feminine ideas in mind and I didn’t like any of the potentially neutral ones like [name_m]Ferdie[/name_m]. I’ve thought about [name_f]Fern[/name_f] but I’m sort of neutral toward that and my husband doesn’t like it at all. All suggestions are appreciated!

Nana is what we call my grandma and it just feels elderly to me :c Objectively the sound is pretty though, without that association I would probably use it.

Bit of a stretch but maybe [name_f]Birdie[/name_f]? Rhymes with [name_m]Ferdie[/name_m] but feels very sweet, fresh and definitely feminine.
