Can anyone suggest nicknames for [name_f]Francesca[/name_f], other than [name_f]Franny/name_f or [name_u]Franky/name_u? Thank you!
Cesca/Chesca (both prn. Chesca) and [name_f]Chessie[/name_f] are two that I’ve heard for [name_f]Francesca[/name_f]. [name_m]Just[/name_m] [name_u]Fran[/name_u] also works.
[name_f]Francie[/name_f] or [name_f]Cece[/name_f]. I also like the suggestion of [name_m]Chess[/name_m].
Cesca is the one I hear the most probably. Other options include [name_f]Fancy[/name_f], [name_f]France[/name_f]/[name_f]Francie[/name_f], [name_f]Essie[/name_f], Esca, [name_m]Chess[/name_m], [name_m]Chick[/name_m]/[name_f]Chickie[/name_f]/Chicka, Frenchie, Check/Checka, [name_f]Frances[/name_f], [name_f]Franca[/name_f], [name_f]Effie[/name_f]
I’ve seen people use [name_f]France[/name_f], though personally all I hear is the country so I’m not a fan. I do love Frenchie!!! It makes me think of the character from Grease and it was the nickname of a girl I knew and everyone LOVED her nickname, even teachers. I suppose [name_f]Francie[/name_f] is another option, but my fave is definitely Frenchie!
I love [name_u]Frankie[/name_u] but [name_f]Chessie[/name_f] is my second choice!

The most common one I’ve heard is Cesca/Chesca. I’ve also known a [name_f]Chessie[/name_f], [name_m]Chess[/name_m], Cesca that was pronounced sesca, and an [name_f]Effie[/name_f] ( as in like F ).
