[name_m]Jack[/name_m] and [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] are my favorites! JJ, [name_m]Jay[/name_m], Jo, or John-john also come to mind as options.

I love [name_m]Jack[/name_m]! JJ is cute, too. [name_m]You[/name_m] could stretch it and maybe [name_m]Jem[/name_m]? Or do a ‘D’ middle and call him JD. Really works for any middle, but JD is my favorite.

Maybe even [name_f]Joy[/name_f]? I know a [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] who goes by [name_f]Joy[/name_f], and I think it could work for [name_m]John[/name_m] too.
[name_m]Jax[/name_m] is also an option. Maybe Jib or [name_m]Jet[/name_m]?

Johnny is my fave but Jack and Jay are both great too.
Edit to add: I’ve heard Jonty for Jonathan and thought it was cute, it could maybe work for just John.

I think [name_m]John[/name_m] is one of those names that doesn’t really need a nickname. That said, I’d probably go with [name_m]Jack[/name_m], although I actually love [name_m]Jack[/name_m] as a standalone name rather than just as a nickname for [name_m]John[/name_m]. Another option would be [name_m]Jock[/name_m].

If I were to have a [name_m]John[/name_m], he wouldn’t be the first!

[name_m]The[/name_m] only one I’m fond of is [name_m]Jack[/name_m], and I don’t know how bright it feels anymore… but [name_m]Johnny[/name_m] never appealed to me. Maybe something like [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Vincent[/name_m] could get [name_m]Jove[/name_m]?

Oh [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Antoine[/name_m] and [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Pierre[/name_m] are nice! I have a bajillion John’s in my family tree so I’m sorta sick of it, but [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Antoine[/name_m] especially is sweet! I would love [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Antonin[/name_m] too. Doesn’t really help with the nn [name_m]Jove[/name_m] though lol
