I don’t think of [name_f]Louise[/name_f] as a good nickname for [name_f]Lourdes[/name_f]. [name_f]Louise[/name_f] is a name on its own, so I’d honestly be a bit confused to encounter it as a nickname like this.
I like the other suggestions of [name_f]Lola[/name_f], [name_u]Lou[/name_u], and [name_u]Desi[/name_u]. I also thought of Lo, [name_f]Lori[/name_f], and [name_m]Des[/name_m].
I have an aunty [name_f]Lourdes[/name_f], she just gets called [name_m]Lord[/name_m] :P. [name_u]Desi[/name_u] and [name_u]Lou[/name_u] could work.
