Nn for Sloane?

DH and I are both favouring [name]Sloane[/name] as a top contender lately. Along with other possibilities, [name]Waverly[/name], [name]Luna[/name], [name]Lauryn[/name], [name]Halston[/name] but I’m wondering, what would a little girl [name]Sloane[/name] possibly be nicknamed?

Our DD, [name]Charlie[/name], is always referred to as [name]Char[/name] or [name]Char[/name]-[name]Char[/name] but what would [name]Sloane[/name] be? Lo-Lo?

The only thing I can come up with is [name]Ona[/name], prn. oh-na

I love [name]Sloane[/name]! I like [name]Lolo[/name] would be cute or even just Lo.

[name]Lolo[/name] or [name]Lola[/name].

I had a 5 yr old [name]Sloane[/name] in class once whose parents called her Sloanie. It grew on me a lot over the time I knew them.

[name]Sloane[/name] is one syllable. Does it really need a nickname?

I love the name [name]Sloane[/name]! I don’t really think [name]Sloane[/name] needs a nickname. But Lo could be a really cute casual nickname.

Sloanie is cute!

My name is [name]Sloane[/name] and growing up the only nickname that I have had was sloanie. I am now auntie sloanie, which I love

I have a 2yo daughter [name]Sloane[/name] and have recently tried out the nicknames of “lo” and “lolo” with her. I think they’re both cute. I’m not really a fan of “sloaney” but some family members have called her that on occasion. Mostly she’s just [name]Sloane[/name], which fits her great.

Best wishes!
