Since [name_f]Nora[/name_f] and [name_f]Azure[/name_f] are fairly short, I like how the longer [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] looks in between them.

Hmm… They’re both great, and I love [name_f]Azure[/name_f]! I’d say you can’t go wrong with either. [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] does seem to add a bit more flow to the name, whereas [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] makes the name a bit more staccato, but both names are great- so I’d say, pick your favorite!
I’ve always preferred [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] as it’s the more feminine spelling.
… whereas I’ve always disliked [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] as an unnecessarily frilly, Frenchified spelling. Much prefer [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] or [name_u]Vivien[/name_u], plus I think it flows better because of where the stress is.
