I’ve become really interested in norse/viking names but I’m having trouble finding names, it’s just the same like five girl names I find. While I find [name_f]Astrid[/name_f], [name_f]Ingrid[/name_f] and [name_f]Freja[/name_f] very nice names I would like some more to choose from and also find out if there are actually more beautiful norse names that I didn’t know about.

Well, the first few names I think of are from the [name_m]History[/name_m] [name_f]Channel[/name_f] show Vikings haha, but are decent names besides!

[name_f]Astrid[/name_f], [name_f]Ingrid[/name_f] and [name_f]Freja[/name_f]/[name_f]Freya[/name_f] are all good names, but probably the most popular out of what I would consider the usable norse names. They are especially popular in Norway (where I live) and [name_u]Sweden[/name_u].

I only know a couple off the top of my head, but I absolutely love them so I thought I’d share. First off, [name_f]Signe[/name_f] (sig-nee). I think it’s so beautiful. The other one is [name_f]Liv[/name_f], as a full name, which I also think it so fun and spunky.
