Odette is a clear front runner for us, if baby #2 is a girl. It ticks all the boxes, not being overly popular yet a recognisable and established name as well as ‘going’ with our daughter’s name (Cecily)

One problem I have however, is finding names that work well in a combo with it. I have a few ideas that I’ve thrown in a poll, if you wouldn’t mind casting a vote for your favourite :grinning: I’d be very grateful for your opinions on them as well as other suggestions you have, if you don’t think these work.

Such a dreamy list!

Firstly [name_f]Odette[/name_f] is gorgeous so sparky, timeless, classic with a lovely ballerina flair. [name_f]Odette[/name_f] is absolutely perfect with Cec1ly.

[name_f]Odette[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] + [name_f]Odette[/name_f] [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] are my favourites!

[name_f]Odette[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] is magical this name just pulls at your heartstrings. She’s sugary, evokes peaceful feminine purple energy and sounds unexpected. [name_f]My[/name_f] friend daughter is [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] and honestly she’s always complimented on her name.

[name_f]Odette[/name_f] [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] feels more classic. [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] feels like a fun twist on the usual ‘Rose’ which you do find in the middle spot a lot. Anyways [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] is beautiful full of femininity and very sweet.

[name_m]Even[/name_m] though I’m a sucker for a [name_f]Rose[/name_f] name for me [name_f]Odette[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] is just magic :sparkles:

Thank you all so much 🩷 I wasn’t sure if any of the option flowed well at all. I do love Lavender as a middle name. C’s middle name is Winter so they compliment each other in style.

Also considering Odette Marigold.
