[name]Love[/name] [name]Ophelia[/name].
I pronounce [name]Ofelia[/name] as oh-[name]FAY[/name]-lee-uh (or oh-FEH-lee-uh, depending how one reads these pronunciation examples)
[name]Ophelia[/name] = oh-[name]FEE[/name]-lee-uh
[name]Ofelia[/name] would not fly where I live, since there’s a large Hispanic population which I am not a part of – I’d feel like a “poser.” I’d say your choice should depend greatly on which pronunciation you prefer and the demographic balance of your region.
Definitely [name]Ophelia[/name]
Definitely [name]Ophelia[/name] for me, as well.
Depends on your last name or heritage. Are you or your child of Spanish/Italian/Portuguese descent
[name]Ofelia[/name] is pronounced differently, it Oh-FEH-lee-ah but some still pronounce it Oh-[name]FEE[/name]-lee-ah
[name]Ofelia[/name] for me, it feels almost fairy-like.
[name]Ophelia[/name] has my vote!
Definitely [name]Ophelia[/name] for me!
Definitely [name]Ophelia[/name] for me as well! [name]Ofelia[/name] just doesn’t look right [name]IMO[/name]!
As you can see in my signature I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Ophelia[/name]. I prefer the ph spelling to the f spelling. However, I think that if you have hispanic heritage or are going to raise your child bilingual that [name]Ofelia[/name] could be a great alternative without the [name]Hamlet[/name] reference. (Though poor little [name]Ofelia[/name] doesn’t have the easiest life either). My SO is virtually hispanic (it’s complicated) so I think I might opt for [name]Ofelia[/name] to honor that some day.

When I say [name]Ofelia[/name] I pronounce it oh-[name]FAY[/name]-lee-ah since it’s the Spanish spelling. So unless you are looking for that pronunciation I’d go with [name]Ophelia[/name].
I say go with [name]Ophelia[/name]. I’m fairly certain that [name]Ofelia[/name] is pronounced differently, so if you’re going for the “Oh-[name]FEEL[/name]-ya” pronunciation, I say use [name]Ophelia[/name]. It’s a stunning name!
