We are thinking about [name]Crosby[/name] for our next baby. I think it is a cool and quirky name without being too “out there.”. What do you think of [name]Crosby[/name]? Any suggestions for a middle name would be appreciated!
I think [name]Crosby[/name] is a great name! [name]Love[/name] it! So cool!! [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Beckett[/name]?
I think it sounds exactly like what you said–quirky but not too crazy. [name]Love[/name] [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Beckett[/name], that was a brilliant suggestion. If you wanted to tone down the trendy factor you could go with something like [name]Crosby[/name] [name]James[/name].
[name]Crosby[/name] would be a quirky and unexpected choice. [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Thomas[/name], [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Nathaniel[/name], and [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Dominic[/name] were the first names that came to mind.
I feel a little neutral to it. However, it is a brand of slippers here so that is my first thought, my next is for [name]Bing[/name] [name]Crosby[/name] and my next is that it looks a little like cross meaning cranky so that puts me off a bit.

It’s the name of a town about ten minutes away from me, I’d think it was really weird to meet someone with [name]Crosby[/name] as a first name.
I really like [name]Crosby[/name]. Here are a few thoughts…
[name]Crosby[/name] [name]Francis[/name]
[name]Crosby[/name] [name]Graham[/name]
[name]Crosby[/name] [name]Holden[/name]
[name]Crosby[/name] [name]Joseph[/name]
[name]Crosby[/name] [name]Leonardo[/name]
[name]Crosby[/name] [name]Nicholas[/name]
[name]Crosby[/name] [name]Orlando[/name]
[name]Crosby[/name] [name]Quinn[/name]
[name]Crosby[/name] [name]Rowan[/name]
[name]Crosby[/name] [name]Sebastian[/name]
I like it! It’s a an me I didn’t care for at first npbut it’s definitely grown on me
I just stumbled upon the name [name]Crosby[/name] last week from a friend on Facebook, and I immediately fell in love with it! I [name]LOVE[/name] the [name]Bing[/name] [name]Crosby[/name] association–not that I would name a child “after” [name]Bing[/name] [name]Crosby[/name], but it certainly isn’t a bad image to be associated with. I think [name]Crosby[/name] just has a really nice sound, and I’ve added it to our top three boy’s names even though my husband doesn’t like it…yet. I have no suggestions for middle names for you–personally I would be going with a family “filler” middle name (probably [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Dan[/name]). I would suggest pairing it with a more traditional boy’s name, like [name]Michael[/name], [name]Joseph[/name], etc, because it is a bit more of a nontraditional name. I like the above suggestion of [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Graham[/name].
Have you ever watched the show Parenthood (it’s fabulous)? [name]Dax[/name] [name]Shepard[/name] plays a character named [name]Crosby[/name], and it sounds so great. I love the [name]Bing[/name] association, too. I do believe that there is a firearms company named [name]Crosby[/name], but I wouldn’t worry about it; not one has brought it up, so I don’t think it’s a big deal (I only know it from writing research). [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Graham[/name], [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Nicholas[/name], and [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Quinn[/name] are great.
Thanks for the responses. It’s good to hear some positive feedback! I really like the suggestions of [name]Beckett[/name], [name]Quinn[/name], and [name]Dominic[/name].
