So, I think I’m going with the name [name_f]Alena[/name_f] (uh-[name_m]LAY[/name_m]-na) and I would like some help.
O1. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like the way [name_f]Alena[/name_f] Denisov sounds?
O2. Can you think about a nickname for “[name_f]Alena[/name_f]”?
O3. Would you suggest any middle name(s)?
O4. What do you imagine a person named [name_f]Alena[/name_f] Denisov doing? A doctor? An actress? A teacher? A lawyer? I know the name does not influence the future of a person, but I wonder what you think by hearing that name.
I’m not a fan of it. [name_f]Elena[/name_f] is a lot prettier.
- [name_f]Alena[/name_f] Denisov sounds quite nice but I do think [name_f]Elena[/name_f] Denisov looks nicer.
- [name_u]Ali[/name_u] and [name_f]Enna[/name_f] are my favourites.
- [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Lucia[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f], [name_f]Nicole[/name_f], [name_f]Sophie[/name_f], [name_f]Noelle[/name_f].
- I think [name_f]Alena[/name_f] would suit an actress more than any other profession. [name_f]Elena[/name_f], in my opinion is more versatile.
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Alena[/name_f]! [name_f]Alena[/name_f] Denisov sounds nice, [name_f]Lena[/name_f]/[name_f]Lana[/name_f] could be nickname, I would suggest [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Cecily[/name_f], I think [name_f]Alena[/name_f] could be everything she likes, but maybe a writer or some sort of manager.
And I think [name_f]Alena[/name_f] and [name_f]Elena[/name_f] are different names.
I like the name [name_f]Alena[/name_f] although I would probably spell it [name_f]Alaina[/name_f]
The nickname [name_u]Laney[/name_u] is really nice
Pretty sure [name_f]Alena[/name_f] and [name_f]Elena[/name_f] are the same name, just different spellings. I would use [name_f]Elena[/name_f]. It’s more universally known and prettier.
It reminds me of [name_f]Elena[/name_f], which I adore, and I prefer that. [name_f]Alena[/name_f] reminds me of aliens.
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] Denisov does sound fine, [name_f]Alena[/name_f] matches the surname well. I guess a good nickname for [name_f]Alena[/name_f] would be [name_f]Lena[/name_f] (lay-nuh), [name_f]Layna[/name_f] (for pr. issues), [name_u]Laney[/name_u] and [name_f]Ally[/name_f]. I think the name is versatile enough to suit a female of any profession.
I like [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f].
I know a little girl named [name_f]Elena[/name_f] who goes by [name_f]Lulu[/name_f]. She’s adorable!
I like [name_f]Alena[/name_f], but I pronounce it [name_m]Ah[/name_m]-lee-na. I pronounce [name_f]Elena[/name_f] & [name_f]Alaina[/name_f] as uh-lay-nah.
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] Denisov sounds nice together.
I like the nn [name_f]Lainey[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_u]Simone[/name_u], [name_f]Alena[/name_f] Geneviene, [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u], [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]
Kind of sounds like a teacher to me, or an artist.
I think [name_f]Alena[/name_f] is a nice name but I’d say this spelling “uh-leen-uh”. I’d spell it either [name_f]Elena[/name_f] or [name_f]Alaina[/name_f]. Its a versatile name and could fit anyone I think.
I like [name_f]Alena[/name_f], as well, but I would probably spell it [name_f]Elena[/name_f], which is more generally considered the international spelling of the name, I think? I know an [name_f]Alena[/name_f], but it comes from a Russian name pronounced al-YOH-nah, so it doesn’t really sound like [name_f]Elena[/name_f]/[name_f]Alaina[/name_f] at all. I’m definitely in love with the sound, though, and I adore the nn [name_f]Lena[/name_f]/[name_f]Laina[/name_f] ([name_m]LAY[/name_m]-nah). [name_f]Lainey[/name_f]/[name_u]Laney[/name_u] is cute, too, though, or even [name_u]Allie[/name_u]/[name_f]Ellie[/name_f]/[name_f]Ella[/name_f] (depending on how you spell it).
I think [name_f]Alena[/name_f]/[name_f]Elena[/name_f] Denisov sounds great. I’m not sure for MNs, you could go several ways:
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Camille[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Serafine[/name_f]
[name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f]
I think an [name_f]Elena[/name_f]/[name_f]Alena[/name_f] could really be anything–I can see her pretty much with all walks of life. The [name_f]Alena[/name_f] I know has worked odd jobs here and there ([name_u]SAM[/name_u]'s Club, restaurants, offices, etc.) while she’s working on her degree and is a mom. I can see an [name_f]Elena[/name_f]/[name_f]Alena[/name_f] being a lawyer, a teacher, a writer, a musician, etc., though–I think it’s a great, versatile name.
Good luck!
- [name_f]Alena[/name_f] Denisov sounds lovely! ([name_m]Just[/name_m] a side note [name_f]Elena[/name_f] Denisov has too many E’s for my liking.)
- [name_u]Ali[/name_u], [name_f]Aly[/name_f], [name_u]Lane[/name_u], [name_u]Laney[/name_u], and [name_f]Lani[/name_f] are my favorite nicknames.
- [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Camille[/name_f], [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], and [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] are my favorite combos.
- [name_f]Alena[/name_f] to me could be anything. I always picture [name_f]Alena[/name_f] as a kind hearted person.
I’ve met an [name_f]Alena[/name_f] and she said it exactly as [name_f]Elena[/name_f]. She loved her name. Also, [name_f]Alaina[/name_f], [name_f]Alena[/name_f], and [name_f]Elena[/name_f] all have different origins. [name_f]Alaina[/name_f] is Irish and is a variation of [name_f]Alana[/name_f] which is a feminine form of [name_m]Alan[/name_m]. [name_f]Alena[/name_f] is Greek. [name_f]Alena[/name_f] is also a variation of [name_f]Helen[/name_f] same as [name_f]Elena[/name_f]. However, [name_f]Elena[/name_f] is the Spanish variation of [name_f]Helen[/name_f]. So really all three names are different. The way I see it is that it is a personal preference and the OP did not ask which of the three you preferred.
