[name_m]Elio[/name_m] is really cool! It’s so familiar yet also totally unique. I agree with other posters that it kinda reminds me of [name_m]Emilio[/name_m], and I would add [name_u]Eliot[/name_u] and [name_u]Ellis[/name_u], but it also holds its own, which I really like. Plus, [name_m]Elio[/name_m] goes well with [name_m]Raphael[/name_m].
