What do you think of the name [name_m]Eliseo[/name_m]?

It is pronounced “[name_f]EL[/name_f]-E-[name_m]SAY[/name_m]-OH” it’s the Spanish version of [name_m]Elijah[/name_m]!

We were originally considering it as a middle name but are now thinking about it as a first! [name_m]Will[/name_m] it be to hard to pronounce? I dont mind explaining the pronunciation but will people get it once i explain?

What nicknames could i use… [name_m]ELI[/name_m] is out as it is pronounce like [name_f]ELLIE[/name_f] …

My friend has a baby named [name_m]Eliseo[/name_m]. Most people mispronounce it as “el-ee-see-oh”. He goes by his middle name, [name_u]Cruz[/name_u], because it’s easier for everyone else to get it right the first time. It’s a shame because it’s a gorgeous name!

That being said, if you don’t mind correcting people, then go for it! I think once they know how to pronounce it, it won’t be a problem.
