Hello, fellow name nerds (and hopefully other writers!).
I’m preparing for NaNoWriMo and getting my characters in their start positions! 
I would love to get some feedback on my names.
There are two separate families in the story and I want to make sure that the names are cohesive within each set but also hopefully not too bad together as well. Besides Julia, the Cotter kids are adopted by the Scotts after their mother dies.
The Cotters
Parents were John Michael Cotter and Jennifer Marie Cotter (nee. Fields)
Julia Melody Cotter - 17
Garett August “Rett” Cotter - 15
Ivy May Cotter - 10
Thomas Tember “Tommy” Cotter - 4
Dakota Feliz “Coda” Cotter - 13 months
The Scotts
Parents - Richard Nathanael Scott (historian) and Miriam Elisabeth Scott (hospitality manager)
Autumn Miri Scott - 22
Joash Paulson Scott “Joey”/“Ash” - 20
Morgan Claire Scott - 17
Erika Anna Harrigan - 16
Toben James Scott “Toby” - 14
Iris Eliza Scott “Rissy” - 10
Primrose Amelia Scott “Prim”/“Rosie” - 10
Linden Louise Scott “Lulu” - 5
Areas where I would love some help:
Middle names - Some names that I am interested in other middle name suggestions are Toben, Miriam, and John.
Honour names - Dakota was named after someone who turns out to be a really bad character, so when she is adopted her name is changed. I would love to hear modern honour names based off of Jennifer that would fit in with her siblings. I am also considering turning Ivy’s name to Ivy Jean May Scott, but the flow seems off. Can anyone think of a “grandma” honour name that would go well with Ivy May Scott?
