What is your opinion on the names [name_f]Rhoda[/name_f] or [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]?
[name_f]Rhoda[/name_f], was inspired by the TV Show: [name_u]Jessie[/name_u]. I also like it as it’s also a biblical name. The definition is nice as it means rose.
[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], is a name I thought of since I like flower names (like [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Lily[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f]) but I felt instead of using [name_f]Rose[/name_f] on its own, I wanted to use a more long version of [name_f]Rose[/name_f].
What middle names would you suggest for either of those names?
Personally, I’m not a huge fan of either. I prefer [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] to [name_f]Rhoda[/name_f] but I prefer other [name_f]Rose[/name_f] variations to [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] ([name_f]Rosamund[/name_f], mainly).
While I’m biased I like [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] better. I like [name_f]Rose[/name_f] names, too. If had a daughter, I would like to give her “own” name. I like [name_f]Roselyn[/name_f], the only problem with that is everyone has a daughter, it seems, with a name ending in “lyn”.
I also saw [name_f]Rosabelle[/name_f] and Rosabella.
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f], but it’s so popular, so Rosabella would be a good name to use instead. And it is a [name_f]Rose[/name_f] name
I really like [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] (roz-a-lind or rosa-lind), I think it’s the perfect balance between a soft vibe and a strong sound.
[name_f]Rhoda[/name_f], to me, doesn’t have anything soft about it, there are too few soft letters in the name; I personally find it rather unattractive sounding.
