[name_f]Isolde[/name_f] - not really my style, and I don’t love the sound. Depends where you are, but I’m not sure how popular it has ever been. I’m not sure I see it rising in popularity
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] - I don’t mind it, and in the right combo it could be quite lovely. And I think it’s in a similar situation as [name_f]Isolde[/name_f], popularity-wise
[name_f]Brittany[/name_f] - personal connections aside, I think it is quite pretty! It was quite popular in the 80s and 90s, but I could see it coming back in another few decades
[name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] - beautiful, and the mythology/fantasy association is cool. I’m not sure if it has been popular in the past, and it doesn’t really fit in with modern trends, but I could see it rising a little bit because of the rising interest in fantasy and mythology and other “nerdy” things
[name_u]Camille[/name_u] - sweet, but not my style. This is the one that I think is most likely to become more popular, because it is well-known, but hasn’t had such a spike in popularity that it feels tied to a certain decade. The sound is distinct but familiar, and parents might be drawn to the nicknames [name_u]Cam[/name_u], [name_f]Mia[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f], etc

[name_f]Isolde[/name_f] - I think this name will gain recognition in the future. It has a nice meaning and it is already familiar with NB users, I don’t see any reason why it should not be popular.

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] - [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is really popular in the UK. I have met two. I suppose it will get even more popular.

[name_f]Brittany[/name_f] - There’s the Y2K movement going on, and this name is perfectly reminiscent of that, but I don’t think this name will make a comeback. Atleast for now.

[name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] - I am not entirely sure if this will get popular, really. It reminds me of guinea pigs. Personal associations aside, as PP said, it could fit aesthetics that are gaining popularity these days and so may find use there.

[name_u]Camille[/name_u] - It has a pleasant sound and look to it. [name_u]French[/name_u] names are all the rage so [name_u]Camille[/name_u] may get popular in the upcoming years.

[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Isolde[/name_f], [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] and [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f]. Others aren’t my style.

I love [name_f]Imogen[/name_f], [name_f]Brittany[/name_f] & [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] I know [name_f]Brittany[/name_f] is associated with 90s/00 (not a bad association) but I think it has quite a nice timeless Celtic vibe too so I wouldn’t write it off as dated!

[name_f]Isolde[/name_f] I am not really familiar with but could be nice I guess, [name_u]Camille[/name_u] is cute but a bit too sweet for me.

I love [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] and [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f]. I think both are charming and distinctive.

[name_f]Isolde[/name_f] and [name_u]Camille[/name_u], I’m so so about. I probably wouldn’t use them, but I think I’d enjoy meeting a little one with either of these names.

[name_f]Brittany[/name_f] just feels a bit dated (80s/90s) for me. I’m sure it will come back one day, but I have a hard time envisioning it on a little one because I know so many Brittany/Britney/Brittneys in their late 20s-40s

[name_f]Isolde[/name_f]: It has a sultry, melancholic appeal, but I think this would be hard to wear in real life, with its similarity to “is sold a…”

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]: I think this is a great name. It’s hopped onto my list a few times. It makes me think of a stubborn, serious, free-spirited little girl.

[name_f]Guinevere[/name_f]: the sound of [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] is gorgeous! The image is so very [name_u]Ren[/name_u] Faire. I do like a name with a definite flavor, but this one is too specific for me.

[name_f]Brittany[/name_f]: this is one of my 8-year-old daughter’s favorite names :joy: maaaybe I’d be ready to hear it in 25-ish years when she’s naming her own kids or pets. Maybe.

[name_u]Camille[/name_u]: I love the soft sound of [name_u]Camille[/name_u]. I think it would be a nice name to wear. It has a vaguely floral feel to me because of its similarity to [name_f]Camellia[/name_f].

[name_f]Isolde[/name_f] - sharp and distinct. I could see it gaining some usage but I’m not sure it would become popular

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]- cool but smart, gentle but strong. I’ve met a few young Imogens and it’s fairly popular still in the UK

[name_f]Brittany[/name_f] -I don’t love it -maybe the [name_u]Brit[/name_u] sound?

[name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] - i find it such a powerful, interesting name and wish I could like it more. Still, it is cool. Not sure if I can see it becoming popular, esepcially as [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] feels more usable

[name_u]Camille[/name_u] - gentle and lovely. I could see it coming back

I love [name_f]Imogen[/name_f]!

I love [name_f]Isolde[/name_f] nn [name_u]Zo[/name_u]. And [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is so quintessentially British I can’t say no to it. [name_u]Camille[/name_u] unfortunately always reminds me of [name_f]Camilla[/name_f] [name_u]Parker[/name_u] Bowles so I can’t warm to it unless it’s said with a [name_u]French[/name_u] accent. :joy:

Isolde - I always question whether or not I am pronouncing it correctly. I think it is ethereal yet sleek.

Imogen - I really dislike the sound of it. It always seems like a creative spelling of “imagine,” even though I know that it is a legit name with history.

Brittany - A bit too dated for me, but I think Britt has a cool sound to it.

Guinevere - I really like it! It is so long and elegant sounding, and I love the nickname Gwen!

Camille - So calming and sweet.

Guinevere and Camille are by far my favorites!

I LOVE the name [name_u]Camille[/name_u]! I think it’s stunning. I don’t think it will make a major comeback. I like that it’s familiar yet not overused.

I think [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] and [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] will become popular. I like [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] and I like the nn options for [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f], particularly [name_f]Vera[/name_f].

I think [name_f]Brittany[/name_f] may make a comeback but it’ll be awhile. I’m not a fan but I see the appeal.

These are a very un-similar group of names! I’m 17 and I don’t remember hearing any of these names when I was younger except [name_f]Brittany[/name_f], which always made me think of a babysitter, since it was probably common among people born in the 1980s and 90s.
Isolde-- I’ve never heard this, and I’m not sure how it’s pronounced at all, but I can’t think of a pronunciation that I like. As for if it will make a comeback, I don’t think it was ever popular, and I don’t imagine it’s popularity changing.
Imogen-- I find this name, and my thoughts about it, very similar to the one above.
Brittany-- As I said, I associate it with babysitters/college students/early 20s, although this was from when I was 5. I don’t care for the sound and hopefully it won’t be making a comeback any time soon.
Guinevere-- While there is something pretty, mysterious, and medieval about this name, I also find it a bit silly and over dramatic. I don’t think it was ever common, but maybe could get more so at some point.
Camille-- I think this name is sort of pretty, but somehow sounds incomplete, like it should have a A on the end. I don’t see it changing in popularity right now.

[name_f]Isolde[/name_f]- It reminds me too much of [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Elsa[/name_f]. It feels wintery and like out of the Frozen movie (u.s.). It also seems like a girl in a field of daisies on a hot summer night. Overall, it’s not my style, and I don’t really see it getting popular soon.
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]- on nb I feel it is currently making a comeback. I don’t dig this name. I grew up with no one knowing how to spell my name, so it was just annoying sometimes. With a pretty middle name, it’d be adorable!
[name_f]Brittany[/name_f]- I think it could be really cute! I have an odd collage for this name of a girl like [name_f]Brittany[/name_f] Spears (u.s.) which I don’t love. It could be a very cottagecore name or maybe even gremlincore! I think it will comeback for sure.
[name_f]Guinevere[/name_f]- I love this name. It looks so sleek and hardcore and sounds so delicate. It even feels a bit [name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_m]Potter[/name_m] to me, which I love! Witchy in a good way. I don’t think it’ll be super soon to a comeback, but I think that mythological vibe is being popularized, so I’m not too sure!
[name_u]Camille[/name_u]- I think this name will be rising in popularity soon! Lots of nicknames!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

Here are my thoughts-

Isolde-I kind of like it, but only said Is-old-uh. ‘Is-old’ doesn’t sound nearly as pleasant to me. It’s kind of romantic & certainly interesting. I love the sweet nns of [name_u]Izzy[/name_u] or [name_f]Idgie[/name_f].

Imogen-You can do [name_f]Idgie[/name_f] here too! Also, I like [name_f]Imee[/name_f], [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] & [name_f]Ginny[/name_f]. And [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is okay. I like it in theory more than actually saying it. It’s kind of smart & sleek, but I’m just not in love with the sound.

Brittany-Definitely my least favorite from the list. And I don’t see this one making a comeback at all. It’s very trendy as a 80s/90s name.

[name_f]Guinevere[/name_f]- :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:  :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:     I don’t see this getting popular…and I hope not.

Camille-It’s kind of nice. I think that I feel the same way here as I do about [name_f]Imogen[/name_f]. I think that it’s a perfectly nice solid classic not too popular name. Smart & feminine without being too frilly. I just don’t love saying it that much, but there’s nothing wrong with it. [name_f]Callie[/name_f] & [name_f]Millie[/name_f] are sweet nns. I really dislike [name_f]Cami[/name_f] though. I don’t think that this is too popular, but [name_f]Camila[/name_f] is.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

Hmm…

[name_f]Isolde[/name_f] ~ such a dreamy, majestic name that feels sparkly and striking. [name_f]Isolde[/name_f] is such a pretty name.

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] ~ oh I love [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] she’s wholesome, feminine, strong and elegant with sweet Shakespearean connotations. I love the nickname [name_f]Immy[/name_f].

[name_f]Brittany[/name_f] ~ she isn’t my style I think the name sounds harsh however she does have nostalgic 90s vibes which is appealing

[name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] ~ a very melodic, whimsical, elegant name very sweet and has a range of lovely nicknames

[name_u]Camille[/name_u] ~ I’ve never been a massive fan of [name_u]Camille[/name_u] however I do like Camilla/Camila.

Isolde – I love the look of this name and the background of this name. I sort of like the sound of it, but not enough to put it on my own list. I think it’s just uncommon enough that general public people will think it’s weird.
Imogen – My first reaction is always that I don’t care for it much, but on the other hand, after a pause I wonder if I would like it if I ever knew someone named this. It definitely has personality!
Brittany – Vapid cheerleader. I know that’s unfair, but it’s my thought.
Guinevere – Gorgeous. I love almost everything about this name. Gwen is adorable, and the full version is lovely. One of my favorite names! (This is why I think I might like Imogen if I knew one, because they have a similar vibe to me.)
Camille – While I think Camilla is beautiful, I don’t care as much for Camille. I don’t know why, but something in this version makes me over-hear the “meal” part and I think mealy-mouthed.
