Opinions please and suggestions.....

[name]Hi[/name], I really like [name]Frankie[/name] for either a boy or a girl (we dont know what we are having) but are struggling with middle names to go with this for both. I also like [name]Brooklyn[/name] for a boy and [name]Madeline[/name] for a girl, can you help with middle names please? xx

Think about some family names that you might like to honor. Or your own middle names. I think that is the best place to start when looking for middle name inspiration.

[name]Frankie[/name] for a girl or boy is really cute. I’d make a girl’s full name be [name]Francesca[/name]. [name]Madeline[/name] is also very nice for a girl. I’d keep in mind that lots of people seem to be using [name]Brooklyn[/name] for girls (though I never would), so that might be a problem for a boy as he was growing up. I’d go with [name]Frankie[/name] instead.

[name]Madeline[/name] [name]Blythe[/name]
[name]Madeline[/name] [name]Belle[/name]
[name]Madeline[/name] [name]Hope[/name]
[name]Madeline[/name] [name]Kate[/name]
[name]Madeline[/name] [name]May[/name]
[name]Madeline[/name] [name]Maeve[/name]
[name]Madeline[/name] [name]Pearl[/name]

Are you going with [name]Frankie[/name] on its own, or as a nickname for [name]Frances[/name], [name]Francesca[/name], or [name]Frank[/name]? I love [name]Frankie[/name]!

Good luck!

I want [name]Frankie[/name] as the name, I dont like frances of francesca at all

[name]Frankie[/name] is an adorable nn! I would go with full name [name]Franklin[/name] for a boy and full name [name]Francesca[/name] for a girl.
Francesa [name]Madeline[/name] is very pretty! [name]Madeline[/name] [name]Frances[/name] also works and allows for the [name]Frankie[/name] nn too. Or, any of [name]Jill[/name]‘s middle name suggestions with [name]Madeline[/name] make for great full names as well (though you would lose out on [name]Frankie[/name]. BUT, if you already had a boy [name]Frankie[/name], they would be great to consider, especially since [name]Franklin[/name] and [name]Madeline[/name] actually make a great sibset).
I would strongly discourage using [name]Brooklyn[/name] for a boy. On top of the fact that it is a very trendy name, bound to feel dated, it is also most commonly a girls’ name (after all, it is a mesh of [name]Brook[/name] and [name]Lynne[/name]).
Other middle name ideas for [name]Franklin[/name] (depending on your last name):
[name]Franklin[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]
[name]Franklin[/name] [name]Blaise[/name]
[name]Franklin[/name] [name]Samuel[/name]
[name]Franklin[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Franklin[/name] [name]Charles[/name]
[name]Franklin[/name] [name]Isaac[/name]

Of course, family names are always great in the middle. If you have anyone (or anything) to honor, that could be a good source of inspiration for finding the middle name.

You will probably find that the nameberries will advise you to choose a more traditional name with the nn of [name]Frankie[/name] so that it gives the child more versatility later in life eg in formal documents.

[name]Frankie[/name] is a cute name though
