I like [name]Cordelia[/name], [name]Elizabeth[/name] and Ottile the best.
[name]Sapphire[/name] kind of sounds like a stripper name to me. [name]Waverly[/name] makes me think of Wizards of [name]Waverly[/name] Place. [name]Milena[/name] isn’t bad perse, just really isnt my style.
[name]Sapphire[/name] - tad on the trashy side, like a cousin of [name]Crystal[/name]. I don’t mind [name]Sapphira[/name].
[name]Waverly[/name] - okay, feels super trendy
[name]Cordelia[/name] - I really like this one, though I prefer [name]Coralie[/name]-- this is my favorite from your list
[name]Milena[/name] -meh, M names aren’t my cup of tea, they all sort of run together ([name]Melanie[/name], [name]Melody[/name], [name]Miranda[/name], etc.)
[name]Elizabeth[/name] - lovely, one of my favorites
[name]Ottilie[/name] - nms at all, sounds like oddly and otter smooshed together.
[name]Sapphire[/name]- prefer [name]Sapphira[/name].
[name]Waverly[/name]- okay.
[name]Cordelia[/name]- pretty and elegant, but not my style.
[name]Milena[/name]- love this!
[name]Elizabeth[/name]- classic, you can’t go wrong with [name]Elizabeth[/name].

I like them all except for [name]Ottilie[/name] and [name]Waverly[/name]. [name]Ottilie[/name] just isn’t my style, not a bad name or anything, and [name]Waverly[/name] just doesn’t seem like a name to me. I want to like it but I just don’t! 
My favorite is probably [name]Elizabeth[/name] just because it is a beautiful classic with great nickname options.(my favorite is [name]Libby[/name] ) [name]Cordelia[/name] is old-fashioned and spunky to me and [name]Milena[/name] is sweet and with some cute nicknames as well. [name]Sapphire[/name] I think is pretty but I would only like it as a middle name.
[name]Milena[/name]!!! I considered [name]Waverly[/name] when pg and [name]Ottilie[/name] is so intriguing. [name]Elizabeth[/name] isn’t in the league [name]IMO[/name] and [name]Sapphire[/name] is a bit flashy. [name]Cordelia[/name] is heavy for my taste.
[name]Sapphire[/name]- sounds modern and stylish
[name]Waverly[/name]- a bit too masculine for my taste… and also sounds like an adverb
[name]Cordelia[/name]- gorgeous, love it! feminine but not flimsy
[name]Milena[/name]- pretty name with European flair
[name]Elizabeth[/name]- beautiful, love! it doesn’t get more classic than [name]Elizabeth[/name]. reminds me of the queens and [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Bennet[/name]
[name]Ottilie[/name]- very unusual (where I live anyway) and interesting. like this a lot too
Mokena and [name]Elizabeth[/name] are the only ones I like
[name]Cordelia[/name] is my favourite. I had [name]Sapphira[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] on my list for a while, I think it’s nice. [name]Ottilie[/name] is also extremely cool. [name]Milena[/name] reminds me of [name]Malena[/name].
I rather fancy all of these names! My favourite is [name]Elizabeth[/name], which is also the most classical of your choices. I really like them all!
[name]Sapphire[/name] - Reminds me of the movie/book [name]Precious[/name] - as the book was written by someone with the nom-de-plume [name]Sapphire[/name].

[name]Cordelia[/name] - lovely, feminine…
[name]Milena[/name] - a tiny bit exotic, pretty though
[name]Elizabeth[/name] - gorgeous classic, of course
[name]Ottilie[/name] - cute. If you’re in the U.S., you may run into pronunciation problems (don’t know if that would bother you)
[name]Love[/name] [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Elizabeth[/name].
[name]Saphire[/name]- I think it’s too obnoxious of a jewel name but [name]Saphira[/name] is better
[name]Waverly[/name]- super cute
[name]Cordelia[/name]- I don’t like that it has the “cord” sound at all
[name]Milena[/name]- love this name
[name]Elizabeth[/name]- kinda boring to me
[name]Ottilie[/name]- it just sounds weird
