Ok I have a love/ hate relationship with the name [name_m]Oswald[/name_m]. Part of me really thinks it’s quite cute and would use it, but the other half of me dislikes it and would only use it as a middle at most. So what do you berries think? [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like it? Dislike it? Would [name_m]Oswald[/name_m] fit with my general style of names? Are there any names you would pair with it?

I think it is a little bit more clunky cute vintage than the names on your UC but i don’t think names have to “go”, and I like [name_m]Oswald[/name_m]!
Unfortunately, my mind goes straight to [name_u]Lee[/name_u] [name_m]Harvey[/name_m] [name_m]Oswald[/name_m]. I’m not American, but I suspect that association would be even stronger for some of our American berries! Phonetically, I like the sound, but the association is a lot for my mind to overcome. I’d say it fits the style of your other names though!

I feel the exact same way about it. I like the look and feel of it but… something feels off? Maybe it’s [name_u]Lee[/name_u] [name_m]Harvey[/name_m] [name_m]Oswald[/name_m] that ruins it for me.
I think it’s really cute and I adore the nicknames [name_m]Ozzy[/name_m] and [name_m]Woody[/name_m] (a stretch but so cute!) however between [name_u]Lee[/name_u] [name_m]Harvey[/name_m] [name_m]Oswald[/name_m] and [name_m]Oswald[/name_m] [name_f]Mosley[/name_f], I think there are just too many strong negative associations with this one.

Go for it! [name_u]Lee[/name_u] [name_m]Harvey[/name_m] [name_m]Oswald[/name_m] was over 50 years ago and it was only one man’s death he caused (as tragic as it was), it’s not like he committed genocide.
Ozzy is a cute nickname and if you want a better association, look no further than [name_m]Oswald[/name_m] the [name_u]Lucky[/name_u] Rabbit.
