Brother’s name is, Elliot Anzel, but we are stuck between Otillie, Lorelei, Adelaide or Bianca for his little sister. Middle names are probably going to be Ellis, Roux or Ophelia. Open to any other suggestions for first or middle names. Last name starts with W and has 3 syllables.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite first name is Otillie, I think it works with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] but it does share a lot of the same letters, which is a little bit of a tongue twister. [name_u]Roux[/name_u] is my favourite middle for Otillie out of the ones you have. I also like [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] or [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] [name_u]Roux[/name_u]
I actually like them all for different reasons but with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u], my preference is [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f] [name_u]Roux[/name_u] or [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f] [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]. It has the same vintage vibe and like Otillie, [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f] has a lot of the same letters as [name_u]Elliot[/name_u], but it feels a little more wearable and easier to pronounce. It’s a beautiful name and I feel like [name_u]Roux[/name_u] and [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] suit it as a middle quite nicely.

is [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] [name_u]Roux[/name_u]. Such a pretty name. I like that it stands on its own and doesn’t share letters with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_m]Anzel[/name_m] (so handsome).

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite is [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] [name_u]Roux[/name_u]! I think Otillie is too similar to [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] for my taste and could be confusing. They’re nearly anagrams of each other (Otillie just has one extra i).

[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is my favourite in general and with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]! I think [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] [name_u]Roux[/name_u] sounds nice. [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f] or [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] would work too. I like [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] (spelt this way) but find it too close in sound to [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] personally. I adore [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f], she’s definitely my personal favourite from your choices, but I don’t love that [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] and [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] are spelled out of the exact same letters. I really like [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] and [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f] with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]!

I think [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] goes the best with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]. I like Otillie/Ottilie but I feel like the spelling could get confusing.
Lorelei goes best with Elliot but I’m so into Bianca! It’s very fresh!!!
